Step 1: Have a level 100 character with extremely high stats (hopefully 2.5k+ for the stat you want to lvl up) (both chars need lvl 100 for tihs)
Step 2: Go into metfield with your high lvl 100 char and the one you want to level up (only works for 100 lvl chars). Swap the stat you want to level up with a met with the high character's stat then switch to the other char you want to level up an kill the met. rinse and repeat

Alternate Step 1: Equip the robot you want to increase stats with abilities that either ignore DEF or are otherwise very powerful abilities: Rain Flush, Needle Cannon, Flash Stopper, etc.
Alternate Step 2: Find a player that has robot data with 9999 stats or other high numbers. Ideally the stage combo should benefit the abilities you want to use (like if you want Rain Flush, avoid any stage combos that include Oil Man's stage). Fight the data.
Alternate Step 3: Restart the player data battle when only one robot on the other team remains.
Alternate Step 4: Rinse and repeat, you know now how Gigggas grinds.

Tails: I never thought of step #3. Usually I would just win the battle and challenge the same person again and again. Doing it your way would probably be a lot quicker though. Nice idea.

I was trying to experiment with a variation of ronin's method. I would bring an entire team of high stat robots into the intro field and use rhythm's Shuffle abilities to give all my high stats to the enemy mets and then just rain flush them to death. However, the shuffle abilities are a little bit glitched and often only affect 3 or 4 of the enemy mets, so it's not the best strategy.

Edit: Its a little tricky to use Tail's restart-battle strategy while destroying enemy teams with Rain Flush. Often I destroy the entire enemy team in 1 or 2 hits with no single robot survivors. I'll probably just keep using my previous technique for now.
