ok. I told Bt i was gonna make this SOMETIME. Anyways, this is the 5th Annual Tournament. (If you don't count any of my previous or one of ShadowShuriken's Ones).
RULES:
First, Time To Submit. I'm Gonna Let you guys Submit Robot Masters and characters until 5:30 PM This Tuesday, the 26th. If we need to, We'll Vote on another Day. Also, You have to Stay Active. I'll count you as *Dropped Out* Or *inactive*.
Second: You can only Reserve 5 Robots. Another thing is, I can set Other People's Bots As alts, if they are reserving a RM someone else has.
3rd: Please Try not to Make your Battles last over 3 Weeks. It'll Be fair if we have a Battle for about 1 week or 1 and a Half Weeks.
4th: The Contestents will Be placed in a Random.org Placing. Top to Bottom. IE: Me vs Bt Man. we were at the top of the List.
5th: i'm Taking some Contestants Over from my last Thread to here.
6th: i have a Banned List.

OK, ENOUGH PLAY! *fires Crash Bomb at Bt, followed by another Crash Blast*
Ow! Rain Flush sucks! *charges Freeze energy* But, *fires energy into the air* SO DOES HAIL! *it starts hailing down with lots of wind, damaging Meta, but Cyro is unaffected*

Dr. Light had created Guard Man and, his original plan, Quake Man, as the start of his NLNs: The New Light Numbers. Guard Man was first, and was a complete success. However, Dr. Light had problems creating Quake Man, as his AI was slightly too advanced. So, one night, while Dr. Light was asleep, the program (QuakeMan.exe) had accidentally split itself into two different robot AIs. Qua.exe, what you now know as Cyro Man, contained Quake's original "feelings" of fun, calmness, youth, and elemental power. Ke.exe, what is known as Pyro Man, is Quake's pure anger, seriousness, and strength. So basically, they are twin brothers.

@Bt Man : Well, technically yes. In the split, part of Quake Man's data was lost, so they'll never TRULY form Quake Man, which is why they simply make a Freeze-Flame core robot when fused together

Rhythm II: Wily Decided to Make his Own Version of Rhythm, But Improved. He gave her Better Armor, And decided To ask Meta For Help, even though Meta's More of a Hero than a Villian. Meta Decided to Add the part to Make Her a hero. Meta and Wily worked together To make Rhythm II, Which'd Be a Great Hero in the future, She Mainly Has Determination, And A Taste for Fighting Enemies.
Meta: Meta was Created by The combination of Light and Wily. Light had Made all of the Parts of the Hero Side, Thus is the reason why he's More of a Hero. Wily Made all the Weapons and The Power (Light did the Defense, and both of them Worked on Speed), And He Was Ready to go, but it was only version 1.0. He had Problems Containing The ammount of power he'd Have now. A Bit later, They Made 2.0. It was Better, And had More praise. 3.0 Was Made Before the First Tournament Made, And was Much better than the Previous 2 Versions. 4.0 Was Made right before the Dark Man Annual Tournament, By Meta Himself, With the help of Friends, And it was Very sucsessful. And Finally, 5.0. 5.0 was made Right before this Tournament was Made, And Is the Best, With Homing, Much more Health, Speed, Defense, and Attack Abilities, And with the Power of fusion Made, It has a better Fuse mode.

@Bt Man : Well, long story short, after I lost to Mega Man a while back, Wily was disappointed, and sent me to bomb Dr. Light's lab. I lost (again), and I was unconscious on the floor. Dr. Light then decided to reprogram me into good guys. So, yeah, unlike Ninja Man, I AM a good guy, just with some...anger issues...

Note: These are for Normal Battles. If 2 Heroes or Villians fight Each other (Say, MetaKirbSter VS Elec Sigma, Same "Team", They'll get healed in the end, then it'll Be team battles. I've Randomized it Tons of times Via a Random Tournament Match up Generator, But I can't make it perfect.)
