Kind of like a Marvel vs. Capcom/Street Fighter/Ect. fighting game.
Rules: 1. You can ADD characters, but in order for others, except me ("Developer" spoils :P), to play as them, you must purchase them with "DLC Points", which are earned from winning Player Battles or CPU Battles. 2. No cheating! You guys are gonna have to help me with the Special Attack gauge stuff. 3. You can have up to 3 people at the same time, not counting the other player's characters. 4. DLC Characters can ONLY be based off of Mega Man or the RPG, NEVER can it be based on outside characters like Iron Man, Ryu, and ESPECIALLY Scorpion.
Game Modes: Story Mode: Fight against 8 robot masters, as well as the Killers and Retro Pikachu, and stop Dr. Wily! (This site was used for picking robot masters, using the top 8 from the list.) CPU Battle: Fight against up to 3 CPU characters. (Controlled by me) Player Battle: Fight against another person. (DLC Characters NOT owned by the other person can't be used, sorry) Training Mode: Practice on a random person that will do nothing, and won't lose health. You can leave at any time. (I am trying to counter act that by having Ice Man's moves have slow start up, but if the freezing gets to be too much, just let me know.)
Ice Man creates an Ice Wall and attempts to push it towards Dust Man, but Ice Man can only barely get the shield to move due to his small structure. It does eventually get moving, however.
@Tobyjoey : Dust Man uses the Dust Crusher. It hits the wall, but shatters into 4 dirrections: Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast. The Southeast one catches Ice Man by the foot.
Ice Man creates another Ice Wall, but lets it stay where it is at. He also starts forming Chill Spikes onto the Ice Wall to make it larger and more damaging if impacted.
(Wait, you can attach Chill Spikes to objects. If it doesn't hit an enemy in MM10, it creates 3 small spikes onto the ground or wall. I was using these properties for the Ice Wall, which is literally a wall, but this whole point is mute because I misunderstood what you said about the original Ice Wall, as I figured the Dust Crusher would have broken it. tl;dr version: I need to learn how to read)
Ice Man launches 2 spikes near Dust Man, causing small crystalline cones to appear.
@Tobyjoey : *Sigh* You can't make spikes appear INSTANTLY anywhere. In fact, Ice Man shouldn't even KNOW Chill Spike. Hm. Come to think of it, he shouldn't even know Ice Wall, either.
... I am obviously not understanding something here. Fan characters can use different varieties of moves, but can standard characters only learn their moves? What version of the Chill Spike are you basing this off of, or does that not even matter?
@Tobyjoey : ...If Ice Man was allowed to use all Ice Core attacks, he would instantly be allowed to use an attack used by another person's fan character. Since MY character only knows the 2 Shadow Core moves in the Prototype, as well as having his own Buster, it's fair. Besides, you don't HAVE to use RM attacks. There's such thing as punch-and-kick combos.
Retro Pikachu purposely gets hit by both Shadow Blades, raising up his HYPER METER up a bit more, now at around 31% (formula below). Retro Pikachu fires off Retro Proto Strike to destroy the shield. My Take on Hyper Meter Formula (at least for Retro Pikachu): ([Recoil Hits] + (3 * [Times Hit]) + (5 * [Successful Attacks that do damage to opponent]))0.01
So...
(3 + (3*6) + (5*2))0.01 = 0.31 = 31%
3 recoil hits from hitting Skull Barrier Hit by 3 buster shots AND 3 shadow blades 1 Successful Wood Tower attack AND 1 Successful Lava Tower
Despite tanking a Shadow Blade, Retro Pikachu blissfully avoids the punches, but gets surprised by the kick. Knowing how his HYPER METER went up from 31% to 57%, he gets ready to hit Bt with a Retro Uppercut, then nail him with a drop kick.
With the Hyper- I mean, HYPER METER at 62%, Retro knows he can get ready to finish off his opponent soon, and fires off 3 Retro Proto Strikes to help build up that meter.
OOC: BtMan Stats: No Recoil Damage 8 Hits taken 8 Hits dealt
24 + 40 = 64%
ON WITH THE SHOW!With his HYPER METER at 67%, Retro Pikachu quickly begins to nail BtMan with a kick, then follow up with one of his new attacks he learned from Ryu: The Retro Hadouken! It's a fireball that generates double hyper meter to both parties (the one who's hit and the one who hit)
@Retro Pikachu : Sorry, no doubling the filling, that's a little too OP.Bt Man blocks the Retro Hadouken off with a Skull Barrier and throws it at Retro Pikachu.
