(I would show pic this happening but Puush does not work for me :-/. Also i'm not sure if I should put this in the bug reports or not so I put it here.) Hello everyone I just wanted to show everyone true power of the top spin by telling you how this works or whatever...um...LETS JUST GET ON WITH IT. Ok so basically I was grinding my ring man (it now has 9999 attack and defence!) and I used speed swap on a quick man...which means he now has 6000 speed so I used shadow blade on him but of course he attacks first...and he uses top spin which hits again and again till he ring dies. (I think it hit 25 or so times .-.) so yeah...of course now I wanna grind my top man a bit now because of this though, has this happened to anyone else though?
Why the top spin can be the best weapon in game...

It has happened, which led to Top Spin being nerfed. It's because of his higher speed stat though, that allowed him to hit multiple times(accuracy depends on speed). In fact, Top Spin can be the BEST and WORST move in the game. It's always a gamble.

Get it? Cause Top Man often gambles?

Really I think the top spin should have a max hit counter of 10 (so it can only hit 10 times) but a small power up for (From 1 power to 3 power) to make up for it.

@ThatOneEnderMan : But the best part about Top Spin is that you never know what you're going to get. That's what makes it so unique: it's a gamble in the most extreme definition of the word. I understand that you want to be able to at least somewhat determine the damage output so that you can use it strategically like other abilities, but that's just not what Top Spin is. What you're suggesting will just limit the gamble spectrum for the move, which makes it less unique.

With Top Spin, you win some and you lose some. That's just how that ability works.

It also states this in Mega Man issue 42 by Archie comics. So, Top Spin is a pretty good reflection of his personality.

@TheDoc Well I guess you make a point, but really though topman with 9999 speed is a god I tell ya!
